This notice explains how King Tiger Harrisburg handles information submitted through kingtigerharrisburg.com. The website is intended for parents, guardians, and adult students. We do not ask children to subscribe with their own email addresses.

Information we collect

When you request a trial class, we collect the adult contact name, phone number, email address, student age range, primary goal, preferred class time, and whether the adult elected to receive Family Notes. When an adult subscribes to Family Notes, we collect the adult’s first name, email address, program interest, message preference, consent status, confirmation time, and signup source.

How information is used

• Respond to trial, program, or birthday-party inquiries.
• Recommend an appropriate class and coordinate a first visit.
• Send Family Notes and relevant studio information after confirmed consent.
• Maintain consent, delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and security records.
• Measure message delivery and engagement, including opens and link clicks, so communications remain useful and unwanted messages are reduced.
• Protect forms from abuse and diagnose delivery problems.

Service providers

Website hosting and private form storage are provided through the studio’s hosting environment. Email delivery, branded links, subscription management, and engagement event reporting are provided through Brevo. These providers process information only to operate the website and communications.

Choices and retention

Marketing messages include preference and unsubscribe options. Subscribers can choose their principal interest, select monthly messages or important notices only, unsubscribe, reply to a King Tiger message, or contact the studio. Trial inquiry records are reviewed for deletion when they are no longer needed for follow-up, operational, or legal purposes. Suppression records may be retained so an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.

Children’s privacy

The website does not request a child’s full name, email address, precise birth date, photograph, school, or other direct online contact information. Parents and guardians should use their own contact information when asking about a child’s classes.
